The server needs to be reachable. If your server is hosted on a VPS, you need a working internet connection. The mobile app caches itself and works offline for basic use.

Your password is stored as a bcrypt hash — we never store plain text passwords. Sessions use signed JWT tokens. Scan data (AWB numbers) is stored only on your own server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The extension and mobile app both reconnect automatically. If a scan arrives while the extension is offline, it shows as "pending" in the mobile app's scan history.
